Jen received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Athletic Training from Metropolitan State University of Denver and her Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in 2007. Since then, she has dedicated her Physical Therapy career to the study of outpatient orthopedic physical therapy with an emphasis on manual therapy and sports. She is currently working towards a specialist certification in Orthopedics and Sports through the American Physical Therapy Association. Jen is an athletic trainer and a massage therapist and worked with the athletes at the University of Denver prior to returning to school to complete her Doctorate in PT.
Jen has received her Level I certification in Pilates through PHI. She is trained through the Advanced levels of Dry Needling. Jen is active with the CO Chapter of the APTA elected to serve as the Governmental Affairs Committee Chair and Mentoring Committee Co-Chair. She is also active in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) at the State and National Level, and was awarded the Emerging Leader Award for 2010 in Colorado. Jen enjoys snowboarding, jogging, hiking and traveling with her husband, Nick.
