Julie has been a licensed physical therapist for over 20 years. She has spent the majority of her career specializing in the area of outpatient orthopedics. Julie finds great satisfaction in working alongside her patients to facilitate their recovery and to enable them to reach their physical goals. She herself has dealt with the frustration of injury, and uses her experience to motivate, encourage, and empower others to overcome physical obstacles and work towards their goals.
Julie is Level II Certified in Dry Needling, has an insatiable appetite for learning, and regularly augments her knowledge base and clinical skills by participating in physical therapy continuing education classes. She enjoyed a unique opportunity to practice physical therapy in Europe for five years during which time she also discovered her enthusiasm for traveling and learning the history behind different places and cultures. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, exercising, and spending time with her family.
